Pre-sale products allow you to reserve your panettones for Christmas. Pre-sale orders will be shipped starting November 23.

If your order includes both in-stock products and pre-sale products, they will be shipped in two separate shipments. In-stock products will follow our regular shipping timelines.

Shipping is free on each shipment of $90 or more.

To enjoy free shipping on both shipments, your order must therefore include $90 of in-stock products and $90 of pre-sale products.

• Panettone can be stored for up to 120 days after its production date.
• Store it in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Once opened, consume within 30 days.
• For an even softer texture, you can gently warm the panettone in the oven for a few minutes before serving to bring out its soft texture and flavor.
• Panettone can be frozen. To thaw, remove it from the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature for approximately 3 hours before serving.

• If you live in a remote area, please allow 6 to 8 business days.
• Please note that during holidays or periods of high order volume, delivery times may be longer.
• Viva panettone is not responsible for shipping delays.

Select the gift option when placing your order. Indicate who the shipment is for and who it is from. You can also include a personalized message that you would like to have included with the shipment. Make sure the shipping address is the recipient’s address.
