The stollen is a traditional sweet bread that originated in the Court of Saxony in Germany and has been prepared during the Christmas season since the 15th century. A true holiday classic, it is cherished for its rich, tender, and authentic flavour made to be rediscovered and shared with loved ones.

Originally, its elongated shape covered in powdered sugar was meant to symbolize the swaddled baby Jesus. Over the centuries, it has become a beloved holiday staple around the world, celebrated for its rich taste and soft, buttery texture.

Generously filled with candied fruits, raisins, almonds, and marzipan, it is brushed with melted butter and finished with a generous dusting of powdered sugar, creating its signature melt-in-your-mouth texture with a delicate, slightly crisp exterior.
