Viva panettone's manufacturing method stands out through the use of a century-old mother sourdough starter from the family of Rolando Morandin, a great master of Italian panettone, as well as the fact that all the fruits used in the recipes are candied directly at our facilities on Creusot Street.
Our delicious recipe and the know-how of our artisans allow us to be among the 24 finalists of the Panettone World Cup 2021 – Americas Selection! This will take place in early November, in Lugano.
